This is our first reblooming introduction.  Bud count of 7 +, wide falls with excellent ruffles.  It is similar to Suky, but more blue. We think you will agree that Joy Returns is an advancement in form for rebloomers.  It has been a strong grower in Oregon and has rebloomed here in zone 8, though not every year.  Its reblooming performance improves with late rains.
